Event date: Wednesday, December 12 - Friday, December 14, 2012

The next National In The Chute ...

DATE:  Wednesday 12th - Friday 14th December, 2012

LOCATION: EV Church, 331 Terrigal Drive, Erina NSW

PROGRAM: Don Carson will be our featured speaker for National In The Chute 2012.

Don Carson is one of the most respected and read evangelical Christians alive today. He is the author and editor of 57 books including everything from major commentaries to insights into the day-to-day life of the modern Christian. He is also a much sort after international speaker and a research professor at  Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in the United States. But most importantly for Geneva, he is an experienced pastor with personal insight into the trials of church planting. Listen to him speak into the Australian context and consider what challenges church planters will be facing practically and culturally in the decade to come.

EV Church in Gosford on New South Wales' Central Coast will be the perfect setting for this discussion. EV is Australia's biggest independent church and the result of determined church planting efforts by senior pastor Andrew Heard and his team. It currently operates five services, attended by over 1000 people. Gain first hand experience of EV's facilities while hearing from staff how its current ministries developed from a small group meeting in a lounge room.

The Geneva Push is developing National In The Chute 2012 specifically with church planters and their supporters in mind. This will be the best opportunity for prospective church planters and their wives to have their plans and characters tested by Geneva's proven, Australian assessment team. Successful candidates will join a network of Australian church planters, receive one-to-one coaching, gain access to exclusive Australian church planting resources,  and be invited to a range of training days each year. You can find out more about assessment here.

REGISTRATION will open mid-2012. In the meantime, you can email any questions to events@thegenevapush.com
